Classy plastic bottle from Cedrus Butchers & Deli, Farnham. Dark brown and fizzy, looks like cheap cola. Dark brown sugar and sweet malt syrup dominate, with quite a mild rye bread flavour. Increasingly sweet as you drink more and leaves a slightly sticky mouthfeel. Too sweet, but otherwise not unpleasant. Feels oddly like a kvass for kids - and sure enough my teenage daughter absolutely loved the taste she had.

1 pint can. Golden color, clear, white foam. Aroma: malt biscuits, light sourness and slightly grassy hops. Malty taste, slight sourness, green apple, a little knit, light hop bitterness, spicy-herbaceous, liveley carbonated, so-so.

Bottled (thanks TBone). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some floral and mild grainy sweet notes. Flavour is grainy, herbal, dusty and some wooden notes. Strangely dry. Not that bulky actually.

Smell- medium strong, ginger, spice, faint honey. Foam- thin, weak sweetness, ginger, acidic tones, spice, honey. Head is medium to large, and white in color. Appearance-brewer bottle cap, simple label with some ginger pictures. Clear yellow-amber color, weak to medium carbonation. From - pint Taste- spice, weak ginger, weak honey, weak hops. No advertized honey, but I do feel it. Tastes like hiney beer with extra ginger. Kind of not bad for one try.
