Bottle from 504 Craft Beer Reserve, New Orleans. Aroma is strong Bourbon with roasted malt, oak, caramel toffee, alcohol, some vanilla, hint of dark fruits, touch of chocolate. Flavour is pretty sweet with a pleasant above moderate bitterness, fairly warming boozy. Body is full. Heavy and dominated by Bourbon, tasty sippin' whiskey Stout.

From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Aroma is tons of apricot with notes of zesty orange, fruit juice, funk, and light pale malt. Flavour is tart and sour with a light apricot sweetness and bitterness. Body is medium. Tasty apricot Sour!

Bottle from Hopt. Aroma is vanilla, roasted malt, bourbon, maple, chocolate, cinnamon, caramel. Flavour is sweet with a moderate bitterness and a little booze. Body is medium to full. Sweetish, tasty, the maple and bourbon come out well.

From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Aroma is tart and mild sweet cherries with soft amaretto, nutty notes, wood, marzipan, more tart red fruits. Light sour and sweetish flavour, tart. Body is medium. Very tasty, smooth tart/sweet combo flavour.

Bottle from Hopt. Aroma is tart berries and lemon with sweetish strawberries, pale malt, notes of apricot, only a hint of funk. Tart and moderate sweet flavour with a lactic-ish sourness. Light body. Not the most complex from Wicked Weed but nicely fruity, tart and sour.

Bottle from Hopt. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, bourbon, vanilla, beany coffee, caramel, some espresso, wood, more bourbon and chocolate. Flavour is sweet with a moderate to medium roasty bitterness. Body is medium to full. Vanilla, bourbon and coffee blend well with chocolate in this beautiful Stout.

Bottle from Hopt. Aroma is strong wood with dried fruits, funk, tart cherries, brown malt, caramel, plenty of barrel, dried plum, vinous notes, port. Tartish and medium sweet flavour, body is above medium. Heavy on the wood, very fruity, tart and sweet, tasty and interesting approach to Quad.

From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Massively sweet with an aroma of molasses, brown sugar, rum, raisins, brown malt, some booze and lots of syrup. Boy, this is really sweet and sticky. Body is full, mildly boozy. I like the rum barrel influence but the sweetness is too much for my taste.

From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Loads of tart cherries in the aroma with notes of cinnamon, oak, more fleshy cherries. Nicely tart and sourish flavour, a little sweetness as well. Body is medium. Very tasty Cherry Sour.
