0.5 l can shared with Ogi at: Projekt, Ljubljana. Dark amber to brown, medium tan head, good retention. Aroma is malty at first, caramel, some banana bread and cloves, also soft rye bread and black pepper. Flavour is sweet bready, caramely, brown bread, cloves, caraway, black pepper. Reminiscent of a kimmel bread. Quite sweet. Medium body. Light sweet finish. For all I know about this style, this is it!

Flavour is stone fruit, some tropical fruit, hints of pine. Smooth, juicy, medium body, creamy, quite cloying, slightly tiring. Good balance, light bitterness. Finishes semi-dry.

0.5 l can shared with Ogi at Pivoljub, Ljubljana. Hazy orange, medium creamy off-white head. Good retention. Aroma is moderately hoppy, citrusy, grapefruit, herbs, tropical notes. Hints of grass and black pepper. Flavour is lightly hoppy, citrus, orange, malts, some spice. Light bitterness. Promising at first, but finishes surprisingly bland. Dry. Some residual bitterness, slightly astringent.

After a while, hints of blueberries. Light malts underneath. Flavour is Earl Grey, tea leaves, bergamot, citrus, some grapefruit, and hints of tropical fruit. Smooth, juicy, soft texture, moderate carbonation, medium body. Creamy and a bit heavy. Pleasant. Finishes dry.

0.5 l can from 'Craftbeershop.com', 2025 vintage, canned in October 2025. Almost clear, golden with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral, slightly grassy-spicy aroma of lemon peel, fresh grass and some grains. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, gently fruity-floral and a bit grassy-spicy taste of grains, honey, lemon peel and fresh grass, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent lager, a bit on the sweet side, not too hoppy.

Ein wirklich interessantes Getränk: Eine Gose, die mit Lavendel verfeinert wurde. Dies gibt der feinen, leicht salzigen 🧂 Basis-Gose kommt ein wirklich angenehmer blumiger Ton nach🪻.

Tap at Craftbeer Solniční. Almost clear dull golden body, small white head. Bit peppery herbal, bit fruity-citric and oniony aroma, oh, this Eris is definitely feisty, but not in a way I appreciate in the aroma. In the taste, she is a bit subdued, smooth, lightly woody oniony tangerine, eartht, bursting with character over soft, smooth maltiness. Very, very well crafted really! A rollercoaster ride by all means, but in the end a very respectable one!

Can 0.5l, one year aged. Hazy, reddish gold colored. AROMA- strawberry compote, mango, touch of kettle sour character. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly sour, the same as aroma. Medium bodied.
Somewhat insipid, a bit watery. Average.

Bottle 0.375l, almost four years aged. Black, opaque. AROMA- so pleasant rum aroma, rum chocolate bar, rum and rum... FLAVOR- moderately sweet, very bitter, slightly alcoholic sharp, very dark chocolate, a bit earthy, rum, touch of wood, alcohol. Full, thick, oily body.
Great rum pralines. Adults only.

Tap at Lya. Lightly hazy golden body, white head going away soon. Ginger dominates the light aroma, touch of citrus. Lean, dry taste, lemony, some ginger, pleasant, very light, teeny tiny burn. Not bad at all!
