Full bod, med carbo. High sweet, med sour, light tart and bitter. Lots of strawb, lightly smoked. Little else present, but works, nice. Good balance. Nongreat tho.

Med-med-full bod, lightish carbo. Med-med-high sour, mix clean lacto and fruity. Med-light tart and sweet, low bitter. Lots of tropicals, mainly the fruits used, but also med stone fruits. Overall really fruity, tasty, clean feeling. Very nice.

Can 0.5l. Lightly cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- decent horseradish, touch of brine, dill. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, slightly sour, almost no saltiness, apricot, very decent horseradish, no dill flavor. Medium bodied.

Bottle 0.75l, three years aged. Seems clear, dark red to black colored. AROMA- lightly vinous, black cherry, black currant, elderberry, coconut. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately bitter, quite strong alcohol, earthy, roasted, coconut, some fruit. Medium to fuller bodied.
