Ever since we got our coconut extractor, we’ve become a bit of a meme on the domestic scene for the relatively large number of coconut beers we put out. That’s why we decided that this year we must also celebrate this aspect of our production and make a properly roasted stout that will practically overflow with coconut.

(can 0,5l from Zichovec online shop) Overall: Good but a bit one dimensional, I expected it more complex. Aroma: Coconut, light sweet. Appearance: Opaque black. Quickly done, pale brown head. Taste: Light sweet, chocolate, coconut, light spicy alcohol. Palate: Medium body. Oily texture. Some bitter finish.

Oh fuck the base is getting sour.. damn… ground coffee, thin, creamy, watery, and where the hell are the coconuts, perhaps they dropped the whole thing in the beer without opening the damn thing… stil… yuck… sour mesh

Can @ Home, trade by Rotin & Acselja, huge thanks! Pours black with a creamy light brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, sweet caramel, rich coconut, some sweet fruit, light pineapple. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, roasted malt, light wood, coconut, light fruit, some alcohol. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, quite dry finish. Somewhat thin for the ABV. 091223

0,5l can from YEME Plnochutné potraviny in Bratislava. Head is medium, tanned, quick gone. Colour is black, opaque. Aroma is chocolate, cocoa, moustly coconuts of course, chocolate sauce. Taste is full dark malts base, roasted coconuts, chocolate, coffee, cocoa, dark dried fruits, bit vanilla, caramel, lactic touch, low carbonation, guilty pleasure.

Can from Yeme It's a coconut Stout. That's pretty much it :) sticky mouthfeel with milk chocolate and coconut. That will be your overall impression. Alcohol dangerously hidden.

Tap at Bombovar. Pleasantly full body, while maintaining dangerous drinkability. Only subtle and well-rounded warmth. Med-light carbonation. Med-high sweetness, med-high roasty bitterness. Fully malt-centered, with loads of cocoa, chocolate both dark and milky. Med-light toffee and coffee. Moderate coconut, slightly roasted. Very tasty, very pleasant. Excellent, Zichovec mastery.

Tap at Zichovec Beerfest 2023. Hah, thanks to the payment system, I managed to confirm that I actually had this one, the rating for which, already... weary... I left without the name. Blackish, some head. Dry, bitterish, chocolatey, coconutty and roasty aroma. Surprisingly dry and bitter coconut-driven taste if this is to note, lean, with heaps of coconut and some solid malty backbone. Thankfully not too sweet from what I noted, even slightly too dry/bitter, but coconut lovers will be all over it, undeniably a great coconut stout.
