We brew a plethora of styles to explore what beer has and can become. As a joint and equal partnership between a brewer and a graphic artist our creative process has come to resemble the work shop of other pop cultural expressions such as music.
Our beers are always a collaborative effort and we brew at breweries in all corners of the world. This approach means we get to stay curious, grounded and tuned in. Much like that good house guest.

Как всегда отличный саур от серии Бьянка. Нету мятной жевачки, что радует, сладко, ягодно, мороженно. Хорошо.

(Can) Hazy amber colour with creamy tan head. Fruity nose with apricots, vanilla, almonds, toffee and a floral touch of hibiscus. Fruity, tart taste with notes of dried apricots, vanilla, caramel, almonds, a touch of salt and a sweet finish with low bitterness. More than medium body, sweet. On the sticky and artificial side, but really rich and tasty. Very nice.

440ml can. Almost opaque yellow, thin white head. Aroma of juicy orange and grapefruit, papaya, mango. Taste is the same but as with their other recent collabs the hop intensity is off the charts and it's ruined by hop burn, shame as this and the others all had potential.

330mL can, pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma is full of intense coconut, vanilla, and heaps of honey, with plenty of bourbon presence. Flavour is less sweet than expected, with plenty of desiccated coconut, a sort of rum-raisin-like character, gentle vanilla, and big boozy bourbon. Thankfully, Omnipollo hasn’t ruined this by diabetes’fing the beer. The dry, roasty malt base serves us a nice vehicle for the coconut, vanilla and lengthier barrel-aging. Excellent.

440ml can. Almost opaque yellow, with a thin white head. Aroma of exotic fruits, guava, mango, pineapple. Taste is intensely hoppy, guava, mango, pineapple, grapefruit, pithy citrus, and unfortunately quite some hop burn. Medium bodied.
Yeah this would've got a higher rating if it weren't for the hop burn.

440ml can. Almost opaque yellow with a thin white head disappearing immediately. Aroma of guava, mango, passionfruit. Taste is extremely hoppy, tropical fruits, guava, mango, passionfruit, candied fruit, a bit dank/herbal, hint of white wine, very pithy hop bitterness, some burn from the hops which is off-putting, but nothing from the alcohol which is impressive. Full bodied.
That is quite some hop intensity, tastes a bit green to me, could've been a lot better.
