Draft at the brewpub. A brown beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, leading to a dry finish. The carbonation is soft.

Thick white head, full duration, clear golden colour. Aroma yeasty, bready, pilsener malt. Taste light malty, medium saaz. Chewy, thick mouthfeel. Long finish, high drinkability. Low carbonation. Very good.

On tap at the brewery restaurant. Big offwhite head, full duration. Lightly hazy amber-ruby colour. Aroma caramel, plums, a bit soap. Taste caramel, light malty sweet, almost medium bitter, light roasted, light honey, medium coffee. Quite good, though not exactly my style. Finish light roasted, very light caramel.

Draught at the brewpub. Weak roasted aroma, slightly liquoricy. Dark red brown colour, seems a little hazy. Good caramelly flavour, nicely vinous, slightly sweet. Well-balanced.
