Funky sour plum notes. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Soured white plum, touch of glue and a nice finish.

Dull and a bit hazy. No head. Some tannins and apples on the nose. Quite sour, lactic, and again some nice apple notes. Seems overly tart and without a nice fruity accent...the fruit character is mostly just apple.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy obscured orange with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with farmhouse funk, with a touch of blackberry, not getting the other fruit. Flavour is loaded with apple core upfront, with wild yeast, some farmhouse notes, and a little black currant. I can't really detect the different fruits in there. It's a nice beer regardless.

This is fairly tart, and a nice raspberry character. Nice complex berry character, balanced tartness. This is pretty good. Good fruity character.

Soured raspberry notes. Clearing orange with a decent white head. Soured raspberry and a light finish. Decent.

500mL bottle, pours a murky dark pin with a tiny white head. Aroma is loaded with raspberries and wood barrels upfront, with a touch of wild yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with heaps of wood upfront, with a touch of wild yeast, and subdued raspberries. Not the most cohesive mix of berries and wood, but it's alright.

Has a nice light beige foam and dark brown body trending towards black. The aroma is malty sweet hops, dark barley, sugary coffee. The flavour is nice oily hops with heavy roasted barley on the back end, coffee, dry chocolate. Oily mouthfeel but not excessively so. This one gets it right.

Has a nice clear yellow body and good white foam on top. Smells of honey, not too sweet, hint of kölsch grain. The flavour is smooth sweetness, vague grain hints, but all rather subtle. Nonetheless refreshing, good to drink on a warm afternoon, or friday at midnight as the case may be. Urp.

Pours pretty well with a darker gold clear body and plenty of white foam on top. Smells of murky chai and some malt notes, not sharp. Flavour is a nice chai mixed with deep biscuit and some barley notes. Medium finish, some crispness. Not bad, not especially memorable.

Can procured from the brewpubhotelrestaurant. Has a nice aroma of soft malts, some vegetable hops and dirty armpits, and a very good bright offwhite foam on top of orangey-brown semi-cloudy liquid. The flavour is a reasonably bright and malty hoppy brew, very pale-ale-ish with orange notes and chewy biscuit. Full on the mouth though not too dry nor crisp. A good drinker, nice balance.
