Smells like corn, tastes like corn. The body poured a clear golden/straw color with a thin off-white head. The flavor was dominated by corn and plenty of artificial sweet flavor. Vegetabley and not very pleasant. Hops leave a grassy mouthfeel. Too sweet and slightly offensive for a cheap lager.

A basic pale lager with nothing to distinguish it from the multitude of international pale lagers. +++ Sampled from a 12 oz green bottle this beer pours a light golden color with a large white head. There is a slight sour, grassy aroma. The texture is smooth but the brew is relatively flavorless. Very little body. No skunkyness, or any offending flavors, but not really any good flavors either. There really is not much to this beer.

Light blond color, big bubbles, almost no head retention. Skunky aroma. Watery, very poor.

Imported Bottle. So what makes it an Italian beer? This and Moretti suggest a bit more hop bitterness in a light lager. I had this cold (that is, I was cold) at an outdoor mini-Italian fest in Chicago in October. Nice golden color under a thin but persistent head. I can taste the malt, balanced by an agreeable hop bitterness and yeast bite. Noticeably more body to it than you'd expect, and finishes well. Matches well with a hot Buona Beef sammich.

Blond color, almost flat. Undistinguishable aroma, bad taste, poor, metallic. Unpleasant long infusion finish.

Carbonated lager appearance with a malty aroma. The flavour is generally sweet with a slightly dry finish. An alright lager, slightly too sweet, and not enough dryness.

Light blond color (dirty water). Fish nose! Decent taste, with a quite sharp bitterness, as many Italian lagers. Too bad for the aroma...

(Bottle and draught). Very light golden colour, moderate head. "Neutral" pilsener flavour (yes, another one!) Drinkable, but Nastro Azzurro is better.
