Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy orange/amber colored with an dry bitter and herbal taste. Hints of orange, pine, some caramel and subtle thyme. I drink few French thymebeers but those are overall thyme, this one is an entry model of brews with thyme.

Bottle 33cl. from Smaakhuis, Hillegom @home oured into a pilsner glass. Pitch black, small stable creamy tan head, dissipating slowly, a thin layer remains, light lacing. Aroma roasted malts, coffee, cocoa powder, vanilla, candy sugar. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, roast, coffee groundings, chocolate. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, malty sweetbitter aftertaste, lingering chocolate notes, nice.
