Clear, dark brown/chestnut pour with a small and short lived white head. Roasted malt, cocoa, coffee, some berries and yeast. Taste is orange/marmalade, cocoa, malt, yeast, caramel. OK overall.

Tap at De Prael. Dark brown with big tan head. Soft roasted malts, chocolate, zesty hops, quite grassy, dry herbal notes, spruce. Light sweet and bitter. Over light bodied.

Tap at De Prael. Hazy light golden. Yeasty, grassy, light malts, dough, a bit of lemon zest. Light sweet and bitter, very light sour. Over light bodied. Not really Belgian style, but not that bad.

Fles, gekregen @ Eiber festival omdat al iets over de datum (die overigens niet te vinden was). Kleur is koper, iets troebel, met een enorme gebroken witte kraag, die maar langzaam inzakt. Ruikt fruitig, iets zurig, rozenbottel, moutig. In de mond is het wat minder uitgesproken. Smaakt is lichtjes zoetzuur met ook een vleugje bitter. Lichte body. Flink wat koolzuur. Iets bittere finish. Fris.

Tap @ Eiber fest, so presumably brewed on the spot. Pours a hazy deep golden body and a dense, rocky white head with pretty good retention. Aroma's: hoppy, sourish, vegetal (so perhaps not brewed on the spot after all?). Retronasal it's sourish, light vegetal. Flavour is light sour, very light sweet. Light medium bodied. Fairly high carbonation. Light bitter finish.

Eiber bierfestival. Veel koolzuur. Zoetig bier met rozenbotteltoevoeging. Sympathieke club maar het bier is voor mij als doorgewinterde beerfreak niet zo interessant.

Bottle at Eiber festival. Red berries, indeed soft rosebuds, sweet malts, soft citrus, light earthy. Medium sweet and bitter, light sour. Medium bodied. Not bad!
