Tap at Eiber. Slight hazy golden. Soft patchouli, wheat, bitter herbal hops, dry yeasty. Light sweet and a bit more bitter. Over light bodied, a bit dry.

Bottle. Dark brown. Mostly spices, soft malts and sugar, indeed quite some winter notes, but the beer is not very sweet or heavy bodied. Feels more like under 5% than a stronger 7% version.

Bottle. Murky purple with huge fluffy pink head. Grainy, light yeast, plums, soft grape skins, doughy, bitter dead yeast and cardboard. Flour and soft alcohol. Medium sweet and bitter. Full bodied. Not great.

Bottle on Maakun’s farm. Golden with white head. Sweet malts, gumballs. Doable but still a bit stale and boring. No disgusting off flavours this time so that’s definitely a plus.

Bottle shared. Clear golden with white head. Sweet malts, cloves, grassy hops, soft orange peel, paper, dusty herbs. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Quite bitter but otherwise a typical not too great Belgian blond.
