Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apples, sugary apples, vanilla. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, sweet apples, sugary apple, sharp apple, medium dry. Clear medium yellow color with a fizzy - virtually none, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, wood, vanilla, green apples. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet apples, vanilla, apples, wood notes, tart apple notes. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20140830]

Bottle. Clear golden liquid with minimal white head. Aroma of apples, pears, light vanilla, light sweet booze and light calvados. Taste of very light sweet and light sour with notes of apples, vanilla and light sweet alcohol. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Pretty decent.

Bottle bought through Systembolaget. Pours hazy orangish pale golden with a fluffy and bubbly offwhite head that leaves some small spotty trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity with apple must, apple juice concentrate, lemon peal, dry soil, green apple skins and hints of barnyard. Taste is sweet and slightly fruity with apple must, powdered sugar, dry soil, minerals and paper. Mouthfeel is round, tiny tart and light to medium bodied. Finish is sweet and slightly fruity with mealy apples, dry soil and paper. Too sweet and too papery once you get past the rather nice nose.

Bottle, 75cl corked. It’s a clear, golden cider with a rim of white bubbles. Some earthy, orchard-ish notes in the aroma, but sweetish apples dominates. White sugar, sour apples and some grass in the flavor. Medium body, with a soft carbonation, rather sweet, but not sticky. Lasting sweet apple finish. Quite decent this one, but a tad too boring and sweetish. 140831
