Bottle, 75cl. A clear, still, golden cider, with a few bubbles around the rim. The aroma has some apple core notes, but it’s mostly not so sweet apples. Rather boring. And that goes for the flavor too. Apples and hints of orchard and chores, but rather boring. Medium body, quite dry, with a pleasant carbonation level. A very boring one, but at least it’s drinkable. Especially the aroma is boring, and also less good than the flavor. 140830

Bottle bought @ some supermarket in Linköping. Pours sparkling clear golden with a small fizzy goldenish white head that quickly dissipates without leaving any trace on the glass. Smell is fruity with sour apples, hay, ripe peach, apple skins and hints of cinnamon and apple cider vinegar. Taste is sweet, tiny sour and fruity with sweet and sour smashed apples, ginger, dry soil and hints of apple sauce and cinnamon. Mouthfeel is crisp, round, tiny tart, sparkling and light bodied. Finish is tiny sweet, tiny sour and fruity with sweet and sour smahed apples, hay, ginger, dry soil and unripe peaches. Quite nice...

Bottle. Aroma hints at some sourness, ripe apples. Clear golden colour. Taste has considerable sourness. Long soury finish. Nicely refreshing. Good one.

Bottle. Sweet over-ripe apple aroma. Clear golden colour. Taste is really sweet, but good natural apple flavour. Could attenuate more, but tasty nevertheless.
