330ml bottle from European Swap 2019/1, thank you Mallorn! Pours nice darker brown, beige-light brown foam on the top. Nose is sweetish, some deep black rye bread character, lightly hoppy. Taste is bready as well, touch of smoke and relatively light bitterness, body feels light and with tart notes. Simple but I could drink a few pints of this.

330ml bottle watching the Michael Jackson documentary 'Leaving Neverland' (which basically just confirms what everyone suspected). Thanks to MonsterMagnet! Pours black, small frothy pale tan topping. Aroma bears a light sweetness bringing to mind caramel and dried dark fruit. Surprisingly light on the palate, with a gentle caramelised sweetness, light dried fruits, very light port barrel notes. Nice, but expected more depth and complexity.

Huuuge oak, sweet red berries, light roast, earthy malts, light alcohol, flowery, very woody, soft vanilla and marzipan. Medium sweet and bitter and very light sour. Over medium bodied with slick feel. Nice, but a lot of oak.

Over medium sweet, under medium bitter and soft puckering tannic tart and bitter. Over medium bodied. Nice stuff, but really strong on the oak.
