Odense catch-up from the cellar. Hazy amber with a lasting white head. Hoppy aroma of citrus and marmalade, with a grassy note. Sweet fruity and hoppy flavour with some caramel malty notes in the background

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein leicht trübes bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch nach Citrus, Blumen. Geschmack sehr malzig, fruchtig herb, leicht nach Kräutern.

Craft Clerkenwell. Bottle thanks to Leighton. Hazy amber beer, good pale cream coloured head. Palate is soft and airy and semi dry. Light lactose in the malt. Light tropical fruits hops. Pine and tangerine. Light airy finish. Germans can do very good IPAs!

Bamberg Bash Day 2. Cafe Abseits tasting. Hazy amber beer, good bubbly pale tan head. Palate is light and semi dry. Lightly crisp. Nice malt base, good caramel. Light sweet floral hops with a touch of tropical fruits. Light floral finish. Very nice.

Bottle, thanks to either Leighton or Fergus, on the train from Sulzbach Rosenberg to Nuremberg, Bamberg post Xmas jolly day 1 - 24/01/14. Hazed orange amber with a moderate off white head. Nose is toasted malt, pineapple, bitter orange, light hops, grassy, faint grapefruit aroma. Taste comprises dank hops, pineapple, bitter orange, toated malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light hop bitterness in a grass laden closure. Ok APA.

Bottle shared by Leighton. It pours hazy orange-amber with a medium off-white head. The nose is marmalade, pine, sherbet, light alcohol and some caramel sweetness. The taste is pine, toast, good bitterness, orange peel, sherbet, toast, resin, icing sugar, sherbet and a smack of alcohol. Medium body and average carbonation. A solid double IPA by all accounts.

Bottle shared by Joes. Murky opaque dark orange color, small beige head. Smell malts, hops, a bit citrussy. Taste malts, hops, some fruityness. Average to medium body and carbonation. A bit unbalanced mix, but there’s certainly potential here.
