Description

Eine eigene Brauerei musste her.

Ihre Mission: »Brewing Awesomeness.« Ihr Motto: »Craft Beer is not a Crime!«

Client brewer since 2023, own brewery closed.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass deep golden, nice head. Starts mild but not washy, grasy-hoppy, not too dry. Light wheaty background. Nice!

(bottle, 33cl) Black coloured hue with a brown dense and mid-sized foamy head. Moderately roasted malty aroma with notes of chocolate and mocha, also subtle hints of vanilla and leather. Roasty bitter and mildly sweet flavour, quite full bodied with a soft carbonation. Roasty malt-character with notes of espresso, chocolate and a whiff of liquorice; finishes roasty bitter with a mild but rounded level of sweetness with lots of roasty malt, coffee and chocolate in the aftertaste. Aromatic, not too fat and rounded Imperial Stout. 10.IV.13

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a dense mid-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly doughy malty aroma with present fruity (citrus, tangerine) and delicately piney hops. Mildly bitter flavour, quite light bodied with a calm carbonation. Quite rounded malty and mainly fruity hoppy taste, although the malt base is quite slim; dry-ish fruity hoppy finish with a restrained level of bitterness; aftertaste is pretty lasting and fruity. Aromatic and easy-going quencher. 09.III.13 & 10.IV.13

330ml bottle. Filmy golden colour with average, frothy, diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally spicy grainy and strawy aroma with a touch of citrus. Taste is dry, husky, minimally soapy, a touch of citrus; slightly watery and light bodied. Slightly anaemic even for a summer beer.

Rund, intensiv malziger Antrunk, wenig schokoladig, leicht röstig. Empfehlenswert. 12/13/12/13//12
