Eine eigene Brauerei musste her.
Ihre Mission: »Brewing Awesomeness.« Ihr Motto: »Craft Beer is not a Crime!«
Client brewer since 2023, own brewery closed.

33cl bottle from Berlin Bier Shop. Pours hazy dark golden with a white head. Hoppy and fruity aroma with citrus, tropical fruity and a pleasant malty background. Sweet and fruity with a bitter and citrusy finish. Well balanced and very drinkable. Medium body with average carbonation. Bitter aftertaste with notes of grapefruits. Very refreshing and nice. Wouldn’t mind more of this!

33cl bottle pours clear copper with gold hues and supporting a light tan head of foam that leaves behind some cobweb lacing. The aroma is a mix of malt sweetened flower pedals and fresh cut mango, ripe orange and apricot as well as a gummy bear type cherry candy sensation. I’m not sure I’ve tried a beer with an aroma like this. The taste is full up fruitiness with thin rings of flower rose pedals around the edges. I get apricot and mango mixed with mild hop bitterness but largely malt sweetened hop flavors. Behind those fruity notes is a bit of floral hops. It ends pretty smooth with lingering mild hop bitterness and a moderate degree of apricot to mango fruit notes. Pretty nice.

Appearance: Hazy amber color with a thick creamy tan head. Good lacing.
Aroma: Caramel malty and grape hoppy.
Palate: Medium pluss body. Slightly sweet and a fine bitterness. Creamy carbonation.
Taste: Grape hoppy and light fruity on a fine caramel malty background.
Overall impression: My second German IPA. Very fresh and easy drinkable. I wish it had a little higher carbonation.
Personal stats: Bottle from a trade with ★Grima★.

Bottle: Hazy, amber coloured, small and persistent white lacy head, bitter-sweet grapefruity-malty nose with traces of cough-syrup; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied and quite soft; drier lingering hoppy-malty finish with - again - traces of cough-syrup. Pretty good…
