33cl bottle. BB 08/14. Pours murky, dark orange with a frothy, lacing thick white head. Strong herbal aroma with grapefruit, resiny notes. Some sweetness. Flavor has tropical fruits, hops, caramel, herbal notes. Bitter finish. High drinkability, you don´t notice the ABV here at all. Refreshing DIPA, quite fresh as well. Tasty.

0,33 l bottle out the kappldav123 surprise-box. Thanks a lot! Pours unclear dark golden in the glass, nice white head. Intensive fruity aroma out of the bottle and the glass, grapefruit, malt and hop. Starts herb bitter, then shortly citrus, followed by caramell with a well balanced fruity herb. Longlasting, but not overdosed. The 8,3% alcohol a very hidden. Great one!

Bottled by Cuso, many thanks! Aroma is nice aromatic hops. Pink grapefruit. Colour ist lightly hazy deep amber. Taste is lovely bitter hoppy. Light underlying malty sweetness. Zesty, orange, light pink grapefruit. Very good.

Recht süßer und grasig hopfiger Antrunk. Nass hopfig, etwas klebrig, dennoch spritzig. Dann malziger werdend, noch etwas klebrig, die Hopfigkeit bleibt auf hohem Niveau. Langer, hopfig bitterer Ausklang. 10/10/12/12/11/12

Bottle from bierzwerg.de. Dark orange color with medium off-white head. Strong piney hops in aroma with grapefruit, grapefruit zest, herbs. taste, solid malty base with honey, followed by aromatic hops with citrus, citrus zest, pines, coriander, spices. Strong hoppy finish. Tasty.

Bottle: Deep golden, hazy , small and persistent white head, fresh and solid piney and spicy nose with a sweetish malty background, the good old cough syrup is also detectable; medium to full bodied, pretty soft, moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour; lingering bitter-sweet piney finish with a solid lemony and malty aftertaste. Hazy amber color with large creamy head, persistent. The aroma is purely hoppy, with some fruits and some sweat. Good body, the mouthfeel is lean, a good balance between strength and drinkability; malt flavor, touch of toffee, with light residual sweetness; the bitterness is perfectly balanced, the hop provides a good mix of stone fruits and soft resins.
One would not believe it’s a strong beer; well brewed.
