Description

Eine eigene Brauerei musste her.

Ihre Mission: »Brewing Awesomeness.« Ihr Motto: »Craft Beer is not a Crime!«

Client brewer since 2023, own brewery closed.

2012-07-14, bottle at Nya Tröls, Malmö, 7-5-7-3-14=36
Beautiful hazy amber color with small head. The aroma is sweetish, lightly fruity. Smooth mouthfeel; the malt flavor is quite sweet (but without much caramel like the American ones); the hopping is mild, but it gives a good fruity edge.
Pleasant, soft, sweet.

2012-06-17, bottle at Bishop’s Arms, Malmö, Gustav Adolf Torg, 7-4-7-4-15=37
Light amber color, bright, with huge compact head. The aroma is nice, fruity (mango and apricot). Quite good malt flavor, with some caramel and cereals; the mouthfeel is round; there is some residual sweetness; good hopping, strong and with decent aromatic quality (resins and some fruits).
Good, but the flavor is a bit heavy.

Bottle from Maruhn, Darmstadt
Cloudy light amber color with generous compact head. Nice aroma, fresh with floral and fruity tones, of German malt and some good hops. Smooth mouthfeel, with rustic but pleasant flavor of cereals and grainy malt, good bitterness level with light fruity presence. Not enough hop quality in the final, that is also dry.
Unclean but pleasant.

33cl bottle. BBE 11/2012. Poured hazy orange witha creamy white, lacing head. Fruity, citrus aroma, with yeast and some earthy notes. Fresh aroma. Flavor is has caramel, citrus and malt. Less fruity than the aroma promised, but still very much there. Earthy, caramelly finish. Quite thin. Pleasant surprise.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, deep golden to amber colour with a medium-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Fruity (lemon, pineapples) and resiny hoppy aroma with notes of slightly soapy malt. Moderately bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a calm carbonation. Mildly piney hoppy taste with well-balanced fruity (lemon, tangerine, pineapples) accents, backed by a mildly cara-malty background; moderately dry and a bit slim fruity and resiny hoppy finish. Simple but nice IPA. 21.IV. & 26.V.12
