Aromas are mainly resin with some grapefruit rind, crackers and wet grain. Flavors are similar to nose, leaning sweet with plenty of bitter and carbonation to balance. Full-bodied with good carbonation. Slightly sticky sweet finish with some bitter.

Draught @ Vinyl Beer, Manhattan NYC (June 2025). Extremely hazy dark yellow with a foamy off-white head, citrus-mango aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel-mango taste, thin body, long bitter finish. Solid NEIPA, though on the bitter side.

Pours hazy yellow with a thin white head. Aroma: fresh grapefruit, melon and tangerine. Very fruity aroma. Taste: fresh grapefruit and a slightly coconut sabro touch. Medium bodied and balanced.
