Can to becher glass.
Appearance: copper color with a two and a quarter of fingers of white foamy head which dissipated leaving some light lace
Aroma: grapefruity to piney to subtle mixed citrusy hoppiness; light caramel to biscuity malts? Yeah, I think so
Flavor: intertwines the prior noted aromas to a good sweet to bittersweet character; finishes mostly with the citrusy, piney and malty tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; good amount of smoothness over the tongue
Overall: pretty easy drinker worth coming back to possibly by my grill.

Appearance: copper color with a slight transparency about it - more or less closer to the sides of the glass with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: oranges, melons, light grapefruit, slight pine; light bready malts
Flavor: intertwines the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet quality; finishes mostly with the oranges, melons and a little bit of grapefruit
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness but also a little bit of brisk hop assertiveness - just noticeable, that's all
Overall: is this truly a West coast styled one or another one of those IPA's that seems like a cross between the two coasts? Either way, no worries, I'm sure to have this one again.

Appearance: dark yellow cardboard color and hazy with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: apricot, pine, peach, grapefruit and iced lemon pulpiness; light clean biscuity malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine juicy bittersweet to bitter juicy sort of blend; finishes leaning into the pine, grapefruit and peach - semi-dry
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness but also a touch of hop bitterness clamping down slightly on the tongue - mostly non-offensive
Overall: for the most part, I'd say this was a worthy NEIPA or AIPA depending upon who you talk to of having again and just like the next time, I'll be blasting Metallica and some Parkway Drive like I did this time.

Can to snifter.
Appearance: dark brown close to black in color with a thin cap of a swiftly dieing head which didn't leave any lace
Aroma: huge amounts of milk chocolate, peanut butter, toffee and some sweet wafer/animal cracker-like substance
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to semi-salty (peanut buttery hint) and sweet cracker-like quality; finishes like liquified candy bar
Texture: medium bodied, somewhere between sessionable and being a sipper (kinda truly hard to determine that part - I think I heard something popping close to the beer but wasn't sure what it was); anyways; some smoothness to this but also some grit from I think the peanut butter? Hmmm...maybe, hmmmm...I'm left scratching my beard a bit
Overall: well, I thought the smell and the flavor were pretty spot on but that texture seems like it could be smoothed out a bit, I think.

Appearance: semi-dark amber color with a two finger eggshell white foamy head which tapered off at a nice pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: clean caramel/toffee malts up front smoothing out with some keen floral to light earthy hops; a touch of grassiness further down in there
Flavor: seems to combine the prior noted aromas to a fine malty sweet quality flanked by some light notes of floral & earthy sweet hints; finishes leaning into the cleanliness of the malts and an even light hint of the earthiness
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; great smoothness along the tongue as the malts just flow so steadily without anything distracting them. Good carb level
Overall: I say this was a pretty nicely done Marzen very worthy coming back to.

Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; pretty smooth along the tongue; light hop bitterness assertiveness but really - it's pretty non offensive

Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; good smoothness along the tongue; light drag from a slight earthy tone brushing the tongue but as far as I know that wasn't the hops and I wasn't exactly sure if it was from something I may have missed in the aroma
Overall: for the most part not a bad Helles lager - it's a nice easy drinker worthy of slamming by the can next time by my grill.

Aroma: orange to peachy to danky/hemp tones, light peppery/hop spice with some mango and pineapple notes; super light on the bready malts
Flavor: takes the prior noted aromas and blends to a stealthy sweet to bittersweet juicy quality and adds in a sly bit of sweet onions; finishes leaning into the peachy to oniony and peppery/hop spice notes
Texture: medium to full bodied; leaning into being a sipper; the smoothness is exceptional as the amount of hops in this thing and there's no hop burn, and barely any hop bitterness assertiveness if none at all
Overall: the label had me listening to Metallica's Black album so along with this beer, why yes, I was happy as a clam that night!
