F: big, tan, not long lasting. C: dark with dark red tones against the light, clear. A: malty, caramel, bit brown sugar, bit herbal, bit dark fruits. T: chocolate malty, bit cocoa, caramel, brown sugar, all together very watery, some biscuits, not my cup of beer style for Christmas beer, but still ok for the style, medium body and carbonation, 33cl bottle from Cora Woluwe-Saint-Lambert in Brussels.

Canned, 500 ml, shared with JFK10000 and Max. Clear golden with short lasting medium white head. Malty, corny, sweet. Light bodied. Generic sweetish bland watery lager.

4th Sep 2017: Shrewsbury Bottle Share in Chez Sophie. Two 330ml bottles (BB 22 Sep 2017) supplied by me, cheers Marcus for giving them to me in the first place. Bright golden pour, weak white head. Not a lot going on really, light citrus notes but not very 'hoppy' for a beer called 'Hop'.

Two 330ml bottles @ monthly share, Chez Sophie Sep 17. Thanks Jeremy for these. Pours clear gold, small foamy white head. Aroma has some herbal stewed fruits, corn. Taste is clean, pale lager malts, very lightly fruity, drying bitterness. Gets better, but otherwise a very typical Luxembourg lager.

Fles gekocht in de Match in Grevenmacher (Luxemburg) het is een goudgeel bier met een dunne witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een hoppig fris aroma. De smaak is wat hoppig, citrus en een beetje waterig. Drinkt lekker weg.

From a supermarket in Luxembourg City. Pours clear golden, small white head. Smelly grainy nose, wet paper. Sweeter malty start with a bit bitterness in the aftertaste. Metallic feel and watery body. It is what it is.

Im kleinsten Benelux-Land gibt es nicht nur viele Briefkastenfirmen, sondern auch eigene Brauereien, welche wie oft von Großkonzernen dominiert werden. Die Brasserie Nationale in Bofferding ist Mitglied der "Freien Brauer", einem Zusammenschluss von mitteleuropäischen Brauereien, welcher sich für die Biervielfalt einsetzt. Das Bier ist ein stadardmäßiges helles Lagerbier ohne Ecken und Kanten, also ein typisches Alle-Tage-Bier. Nicht schlecht, aber auch nichts besonderes.
