Sabores maltosos y cereales algo toscos con recuerdos de centenos. Ligeros afrutados. Amargo seco resinosos que aumenta al calentar. Cuerpo medio algo seco y áspero. Normal.

Casi negra, opaca. Pese a otros comentarios, presenta una espuma sorprendente, tostada y muy abundante, cremosa y duradera que redondea un aspecto espectacular. Rico aroma, con coco, vainilla, pasas y licor. En boca cuerpo medio, densa y oleosa, y de tono alcohólico y contenida carbonatación. Sabor a licor, café, y bastante cacao, sobre todo en el postgusto, donde además aparece un amargor notable.

0,33l from bottle at Mala Gissona Beer House, Donostia. BB 02/2022. black color, small coffee colored head. smells of espresso, earthy notes, bitter herbal, bit grassy, light nuts. nice smell. Full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes earthy, grassy, peppery, bit ashy, some lactose, light sweetness, some spices. finishes lightly sweet with notes of earth, molasses and spicy notes. not sure how fresh the bottle was, rather drinkable, but lacks some complexity and a bit on the sweet side, does not feel very fresh. quite drinkable though.
