500 ml bottle from Kane Direct, 2021 release, 1/8/22. Dark brown color, thin head. Dark chocolate and hazelnut heavy aroma, like a less sweet Nutella. Roasty and peanut skin notes come through underneath. Mike bourbon / wood Flavor is much sweeter, chocolate and vanilla with the nuttiness and nut skins more toned down than the nose would have suggested. The bourbon barrel shows up towards the finish and sticks around for a lengthy, slightly hot close. Lots of flavor overall, but I think the aroma is a little more exciting than the taste for me. Rich and flavorful stuff overall though.

500 ml bottle (2021 release) from Kane Direct, 1/6/22. Dark brown color with a thin, medium brown head. Roasty and rich coffee aroma with tons of bourbon and vanilla. Big and rich, like an annoying country duo. Fairly boozy and thick on the feel. Tasty, rich stuff. Bourbon overtakes the coffee as it warms, but the balance between the two is pretty good overall.

500 ml bottle from Kane Direct, 1/3/22. Dark brown, thin head, minimal lace. Big cinnamon / maple aroma on this one. Rather sweet, but not cloyingly so. Tons of flavor. Kind of a French toast vibe. I enjoyed it, but it is really sweet.

Bottle pours out cola brown topped with a small head. Nose has a lot going on, several different barrels pitfruit cherries. Taste is more of the nice barrel combo and interesting fruit mix. This was a fun one to try.

500 ml bottle from Kane Direct, 12/30/21. Kane Rating #125! Overall #9750! Pours a hazed orange color with a frothy and sheeting white head. Bright peach, citrus rind, and a little funk. Some floral notes, and a good bit of zesty lemon as well. Drinks really bright and crisp with a somewhat acidic finish. Nice combination overall here. Tasty beer.

750 ml bottle from Kane Direct, 12/30/21. Pours a dark reddish-brown color with a beige head and lighter lace. Dark fruit, good bit of funk, red wine, vinegar, and orange juice. Drinks smooth and fairly flavorful. Really interesting mix here. Tons of flavor. Fairly complex. I like this one quite a bit.
