Bottle. Pours black. Coffee, bourbon, vanilla, maple, nutmeg, coconut, caramel, boozy heat, rich salted caramel. Good full body. Phenomenal.

500 ml bottle from Kane DIrect, 12/20/21. 2021 Version. Dark brown in color, with a medium brown head. Roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and coconut all come through with a strong bourbon barrel / vanilla presence too. Plenty of flavor here. Another well-done pastry / barrel stout from Kane, who I am pretty sure, after many years with the crown, are probably still our state's best in this department.

16 oz can from Kane Direct, 12/20/21. Canned 12/3/21. Hazed bright yellowish-orange color. Punch grapefruit, orange, and pineapple aroma. Nice dankness as well. Bright, clean. Wheat comes through to punch up the thickness of the mouthfeel.

750 ml bottle from Kane Direct, 12/20/21. 1st Blend bottled August 2019. Clear golden color with a sheeting white head. Lemongrass and wheat. Grassy, herbal, and earthy. Good bit of wood and vanilla, with a little funk. A tangerine / pineapple fruitiness emerges as it warms that I wasn't picking up at all when it was just out-of=the-fridge cold. Quite bright and refreshing. Tingly and crisp bite on the mouth. Excellent.

750 ml bottle from Kane Direct, 12/18/21. Unclear yellowish-orange, foamy white head, strong lace. Herbal, citrus, grass. Funk and wood. Bit grainy as well. Drinks fairly tart. Tons of flavor, some minor flaws, but overall, really nice.
