On tap at Hamilton Tap & Grill. Number one with a bullet. Opaque dark brown color. Large creamy tan head. Complex aroma of coffee, chocolate and maple. Flavor mirrors nose. The coconut shows up to compliment the coffee, chocolate and maple. Incredibly smooth and silky mouthfeel. Layers of flavor. Another stellar effort from Kane. Rings of tan lacing from top to bottom.

On tap at Bordentown Square from the beer wall. Listed as Kane Open Water (2024). Hazy yellow gold pour. Firm white head is minimal. Aroma of orange and peach. Flavor is sweet tangerine, mango, red berries and lemon peel. A bit of booziness in middle. Some grapefruit and pine on backend. 10.4% ABV is subdued. Decent.

0,473l can from J&B Craft Drinks online store. Canned 12/27/23. Murky yellow beer with huge and stable head. Aroma has hops, dank and fruits. Flavor has soapy notes and exotic, mainly citrusy fruits. Bit stale and too old.

16 ounce can from brewery. And thank you Nicholas. Number one with a bullet. Nearly opaque dark brown color. Creamy tan head settles to a tin ring. Aroma of dark roasted malt, dark chocolate and toasted coconut. Flavor follows nose and is immensely sweet and chocked full of coconut. A smooth, almost silky mouthfeel envelopes the palate. Delicious!

My 7,500th rating. 500ml bottle from brewery. Bottled in 2021. Opaque dark brown pour. No discernible head. Aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate, oak and a hint of coconut. Flavor is strong and zesty. Notes of dark chocolate, warming alcohol, mild oak, coconut, cinnamon and vanilla. Incredibly smooth and silky. A hint of bourbon on the backend emerges as the brew warms. Quite a remarkable beer.
Opened up this beer, and Spurs score two goals! A rocket from van De ven and then Porro with a great finish! COYS! Loads of vanilla, some coconut, not boozy at all. Some coffee, as well.
