Sample (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is red berries, sweaty socks, cloudberries and some mild tart tones with citric acidity to it. Flavour is very dry wood, some red berries and mild funk and some funk. Smooth, but at the same time nicely dry.

--Bottled, from Etre Gourmet. -- Deep ruby, rich head. Oaky nose with balsamic vinegar and dark cherries. Mid sweet with medium to full body and well rounded mouthfeel, prickly carbonation. Oaky red wine, vinegar tartness cover deep roasted malt. Warming mid bitter finish. Elegant, complex and absolutely delicious.

--Bottled, from Etre Gourmet. -- Hazy golden, small head. Citric, earthy nose with wood and tart apples. Vinous tartness, medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Vinegar, earthy wood and apple rings. Mid bitter finish. Complex and elegant.

--Canned, from Etre Gourmet. -- Clear very pale yellow, small head. Intense funky, leathery tart nose with evident grapes. Tart with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and vinous, lots of horseblanket and leather. Warming finish with low bitterness. Elegant and intense.

Poured from 473mL can (canned sometime in 2021). Clear gold with no head. Lots of funk and grape must, lacks a little bit of punch on the taste, slightly muted, vinous notes dominate. Fairly decent.
