On tap at Loyal Legion - Portland, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice wild yeast character, a touch of sprucey, and a touch of coriander-like spice. Flavour is nice and tangy, with lots of tart citrus, gentle saline, very subdued spruce, and some coriander-like spice. Somewhat briny finish, with plenty of saline and gentle tartness. Solid.

On tap at The Beer Mongers, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is full of sweaty, dry farmhouse notes, oak, and hay. Flavour has a nice old brett funkiness, leather, hay, and musty sweatiness. Seems a bit tired but is otherwise well-constructed.

Bright and gold. Medium head. Light acidity, somewhat yeasty, on the sweet side. Yeah Upright's saisons fell off quite a bit over these last few years, unfortunately.

Beautiful golden amber, thin head. Nice English-style yeast character, fruity, caramel malt. Then on the palate it’s hoppy, a bit of alcohol, resinous, the candied fruit notes come through the finish. Love that anglo-american character
