Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. A moderate haze, a golden orange pour. Pineapple beers have always been a hit or miss for me. I don't typically care for pineapple by itself so it usually depends on how much of an impact it really makes on the beer. I like to start my ratings off with that information to explain the possible lower than it probably deserves score. An off aroma for me. Some funky pineapple. Yogurt like funk. Some bold earthy malt, a slightly sweet pineapple juice addition. Has an offputting background taste that's a little pukey to me, but it's not overwhelming or anything. An alright brew here. I obviously like it better without the pineapple.

Draft pour, tasted at Crucible, Woodinville. Pale golden pour, quick disappearing head. Live the idea of an imperial Mexican lager. Closest thing too here, and I learn that it has a thing to do with the same. Soft corn, even softer apple note. Grainy linger, drinks pretty smooth. Fun beer to try. Enjoyed this.

Draft pour pint at Crucible, Woodinville. What a delicious beer this one is. No surprise here though, I love peach beers. If it was it's own style, I'd be updating my profile. About time someone brews a peach pepper beer and combine my favorite styles. Juicy, tang orange pour with a fading head. Creamy, full of peach flavor. Sweet, but I don't even care here. Reminds me of an oat and peach combination. Very unique version of an IPA here. Very good stuff.

Draft pour at Crucible. Fun to see this one pop up on tap here in Woodinville. Near black pour. Plenty of whiskey front to back with this beer. Chocolate too, but nothing compared to the whiskey. Big roasted character. Bold malt, lingering cocoa and whiskey finish. Boozy, but more so in flavor opposed to being overly hot. Pretty good stuff.

Draft pour pint at Crucible, Woodinville. A clean copper brown pour. Thin, oily head that fades. Some nutty grain, some chocolate hints. Rich caramel malts, soft toast. Cool and clean finish. It's good.

Draft pour pint at Crucible, Woodinville. Poured by Shawn. Listed as a regular IPA despite it's session strength. This tastes far from any session I've had though. It's rediculously smooth and flavorful. Very juicy, but has a balancing bitterness. Somewhere between grassy and citrus grapefruit. Mostly clean , shiny golden pour. A pretty good in-between on west coast and east IPA styles in my opinion. A solid IPA for when you work the long shift and you need about 4 of one solid, badass beer.

Draft pour at Crucible, Woodinville. A dark reddish brown pour, cloudy, and no head. A nice spice to the aroma. Inviting. Some cinnamon. Flavor is a ton of funk up front, but it settles. A lot of dessert spices. Like ginger bread, or bran flavor going on. Warming, but gentle. Drinks surprisingly easy. Lingering cool vanilla and spice. There's things I love about this, and things I don't care for. A tasty winter beer. Truly unique. Enjoyed this.

Draft pour at Crucible, Woodinville. A dark cola brown pour, active carb, almost no head. Sweet, but surprisingly subtle malts and dark fruit aroma. Flavor is warming for sure. Cherry, touch of chocolate? Rich bready malts. It's boozy, but at 10.3% I expected it to be. I don't need my scotch ale to be that big, but it is what it is. I like the cherry note to it, and the late lingering smokey note makes this a truly interesting beer. I can easily look past the booziness of this. I enjoyed it.

Draft pour at Crucible. First sip - what the.. read description - ahhh okay. Not used to this seasonal in this season, and couldn't even identify it as pumpkin from just tasting it blind. I see it now, but after I know. It's a true pumpkin, opposed to a pumpkin pie or spice heavy feature. Brett dominates this, and it's extra funky. Pukey note too. Not sure I'm on board with this much wild. I thought I was. Golden orange pour, no head. Aroma seems to be a saving factor to this beer. A nice brett saison like nose. Flavor is different. Some whiskey, a little sour too. Funk, pumpkin. Sounds horrible to me, but it was a little better than I expected. This wasn't for me, but making this beer work for me would be very difficult. Good qualities to it for sure.

Draft pour at Crucible, Woodinville. Enjoyed in a taster try because their menu is full of big beers, this one being the softest of them all, basically. Refreshing front, pleasantly tart. A glowing purplish red pout with basically no head. Fruit heavy aroma that reminds me more of a cider than so a beer. Berry, apple, and the slightest hint of vinegar. Candy like berry constant, both sweet and sour. Fruit settles, and leaves a lingering wheat like finish. It's refreshing enough for sure. A solid imperial Berliner Weisse.
