[as White Hag Brett Pale Ale, 2016, no 217 of 333]. Bottiglia. Un arco olfattivo dominato dallo speziato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è nella norma e c'è anche una componente moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Il tetto della bocca porta sentori di miele, frutta secca, erbaceo, agrumi, arancia amara, mandarino, cannella, erbe aromatiche, papaya, frutta tropicale, frutta disidratata, mandorla fresca, mela, chiodi di garofano, zenzero e vaniglia.

Can from Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Aroma is fruity/dank hops, zesty citrus, juicy tropical fruits, notes of mango, bit weedy and oniony, lightly wheat, with a touch of lemon and peach. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and above medium bitter. Body is medium. A fine NE style IPA, crisp and juicy with some dankness, good!

Can from Hopt. Aroma is citrussy hop with orange, pale malt, some grapefruit, and a hint of pine. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a mild bitterness. Body is medium. Pleasant average APA, fairly softly hopped and bitter.

Can from Hopt. Aroma is strong citrussy hops with orange, citrus peel, pine, some tropical notes but mostly lots of citrus. Some malt. Flavour is sweetish with a bitter finish. Body is medium. Strong, bittersweet and citrussy.

Can from Hopt. Aroma is fairly fruity hops with citrus, oniony notes, grapefruit, grass, pine. Flavour is mild sweetish with a bitter finish. Body is medium. Hoped for a little bit more from this one.

Can from Hopt. Lots of boozy barrel influence on the aroma with sweet malt, caramel, alcohol, raisins, molasses, some iodine, figs, spirits. Flavour is medium sweet, light bitter with a boozy sting. Body is full, sticky texture. Sippable but unbalanced, too sharp and hot.

1/2 pint from the tap at JB's Brewhouse in Jersey. Pours red with a small white head. Aromas & tastes of raspberries, cherry, ginger, lemon, coriander & lactose. Moderate body. Dry tart finish. Highley enjoyable

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is fairly bretty with ripe fruits, citrus, orange marmalade, nuances from the French oak. Flavour is mildly bitter with a slight touch of tartness. Medium body. Good drinkability, lots of ripe fruits and oaky brett funk.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Sweet brown malts with caramel, notes of dried fruits, raisins, toffee, soft toasty notes. Moderate to medium sweet, light bitter. Solid Bock.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Citrussy hop with orange, some pine and malt. Grapefruit dominate the tropical notes. Medium bitter and light sweetish. Piney and fruity, good basic Pale.
