Can from Beer52. Pours a dark ruby-brown with nice sized beige head, Aroma of roasted malt, oats, coffee, hint of dark fruit, light brown bread. Taste has a roast malt and coffee bitterness, some chocolate sweetness, a fairly drying roast and ashy note in the finish. Nice.

Can from Beer52. Hazy gold pour with white head, modest retention. Aroma of soft citrus, tinned peach, white pepper. Taste of lemon, melon, berry hints, white pepper and mint. Not exactly packed full of hoppy fruit flavours but that element is pleasant enough. What I found more interesting is the herbal/spicy notes. Not sure if I've had meridian hops before although after 4k+ rates the answer is probably. Medium bodied, semi-drying.

Look: Semi-hazy golden colour with reasonable white head. Nose: orange, grapefruit, light peach, herbs, light grassy-earthiness; quite inviting. Taste: This is one of those beers where the flavours seem subtle at first but slowly build up to a nice finish. Orange and strawberry, melon, hop spice, herbs, grassy finish. Palate: slightly resinous without much pine which helps the flavours build well. Fine carbonation.

Can from LCB. Cloudy red-brown colour with nice foamy off-white top. Aroma of cinnamon, honey, malt, hay, cookie dough - interesting. Taste of cinnamon, honey, malts, berries, a light ginger undercurrent. Medium bodied, a bit sticky on the palate but with the spices that works ok. Good beer.

Can from HOTM. Pours a near black with thin tanned head. Aroma of a bounty chocolate bar, lovely creamy coconut coming through. Taste is the same with a roasted malt notable in the background. I'm a big fan of coconut so this is adjunct heaven. Body a little light on the mouthfeel though.
