Dark red colour. Woah, huge smell and taste of glue, acetone, acrylic; balsamic vinegar and some raspberries; this is not good at all. I couldn't take more than 3 sips.

2018-12-18, can from the brewery, 8-4-9-5-17=43
Cloudy orange-golden colour with generous fluffy head. The aroma is quite dank, and then citrusy. The mouthfeel is moderately feel, but lean; explosion of citrusy and tropical hops, candies, sweet grapefruit.
Excellent tonight.

Cloudy golden colour. Nice hoppy aroma, pungent, resiny, a bit dank. Lean mouthfeel, moderately sweet, but that balances the alcohol, with strong juicy, orangey, piney and dank hop character.
Not very cohesive, but it's very good, dank TIPA.

Very dark brown colour with beige head. It's a dry-ish dark lager, a bit earthy, caramelly, it barely brushes the Bock level of intensity, let alone the Eisbock.

473mL can, pours a deep black with a medium light brown head. Aroma is loaded with rich roasted coffee and medium toasted malt. Flavour is bitter, with lots of bitter roasted coffee dominating, with a medium-bodied roasted malt base. Very bitter, but pleasantly so. Tasty stuff.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours black with a small brown head. Aroma brings out a nice earthy coffee character upfront, with a nice dryness to it. Flavour is even more pronounced, with medium roasted coffee and a touch of earthiness to if. Quite dry, but still enough residual sweetness. Really nice coffee character to this. I dig it.

Taster at the brewery. Pours an almost black with a beige head. Aroma is coffee and green pepper with some roasted malt. Taste is similar with roasted malt bitterness aftertaste. Ok.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a hazy copper with a white head. Aroma is sour cherries with some slight nail polisher and bready notes with some barrel component too. Taste is similar, but with much more acetone along with harsh bitterness, wood and tannins. Overcarbonated as well. Nah, far away from an elegant beer.

On tap. Pours a clear orange/red with moderate head. Aromas of dry raspberries. Flavors of raspberry juice and a light Pilsner. Not getting the Berliner Weisse. Ok cooler...

Aroma is soft lemon oil. Has little foam and a tepid yellow body. Flavour is soft oily hops, and mouthfeel is a bit too oily. At least the abv is well managed but this one doesn't shine.

Aroma is juicy oily orange rind with a hint of armpit. Has a good mellow head and cloudy light gold liquid. Flavour is bright and juicy orange hops with no malts in there. Mouthfeel is nice with a good balance of oiliness. This is a decent IPA though hardly world class.
