Our trident approach to brewing encompasses what we love most about craft beer. We focus on clean drinking lagers, traditional and experimental hoppy ales, and our mixed culture fermentation program. Each of our breweries has a unique focus. Glendoveer houses our mixed culture and more experimental fermentation, while the Pearl hits heavy with IPAs and German inspired lagers. Between the two breweries we are consistently churning out new and exciting beers, be sure to stop in often to see what’s new!

On tap at Von Ebert - Beaverton, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out an earthy, piney hop character, and dry bready malt base. Flavour is assertively hopped, with piney hops, light citrus, and biscuity malt. Nicely hopped, clean hop expression, and balanced. Good stuff.

Barbe rouge? Jammy, bit sweet. Nice but kind of takes away from the point of it being a pils
