Taste at the Stanley Beer Hall. Pours a dark, red color, with a small, off-white head. Brilliant pie cherry aromas, with some brown sugar, lime, and caramel. Sweet and fruity, with a smooth, easy sour flavor. Quality and tasty.

Draft at Trails End Taproom in Colorado Springs, CO. Clear light gold color with a white head. Tastes like a mix of a cream ale and a rauchbier. I like the blend of smoke and cream.

Taste at Trail's End. Pours black, with a small, foamy, beige head. The aroma is black bread, pine, some cherry, caramel, and licorice. Sweet and yeasty, with a bit of a sharp bitterness. Mellow roast, nice balance.

Taste at the Stanley Beer Hall. Clear brown, with a big, frothy, tan head. The aroma is cocoa, rye, dust, floral notes, and pine. Sweet and syrupy, with an assertive bitterness. Medium body, with a grainy, chewy mouthfeel. Pretty tasty, but off style.
