Description
Born in 2010, this micro-brewery and distributor located in Valdemoro (Madrid) is part of the recent history of craft beer in Spain. It is characterized by its independent spirit, experimentation, innovation and constant learning.
Since 2010 we have offered a broad range of beers. We have launched over 30 beers into the market, including our own beers as well as those resulting from a joint effort with Spanish and International brands.

Draught. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy and yeasty salty aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ home. Black colour with a small light brown head. Smells strawberry, fruity, yoghurt, sour. Tastes roasty, chocolate, slightly vanilla, a slight peppery taste without the burn, slightly red fruits, hint of iron. Full body, slightly warming to the chest, soft carbo. Nice beer!

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of hops, melons, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, melons, hops, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is crisp fruity and slight fruity. Bittery and fruity. Dry and bitter and slight fruity fruity finish. Dry and bitterbitter fruity to bitter far finish.

Bottle at home, hazy yellow beer, small head. Aroma is tart, citrus, gooseberry. Taste is the same, quite salty, some sourness, interesting one.

Bottle @ home. Hazy orange color, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, hops, resinous hops, sticky mouthfeel, medium body, medium carbonation. Medium bitter and slightly alcoholic in the finish. Solid.

From tap at Irreale, Madrid. Pours hazy dark brown, small brown head. Aroma is mild metallic and dark roasted malty. Bitter, dark malty. Dry, roasted and caramelish. Bitter and slight herbal dark malty far finish.

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Clear copper color, average sized white to off-white head. Aroma is sweetish malts, leaning towards a barley wine in the aroma if you ask me. Flavor has it too. Barley wine characters. Caramel, "overcooked hops". Mainly bitterness in the aftertaste. Not good as an IIPA imo.

Botella 33 cl en el kraken 01..04..2017. (r05). Fcpref diciembre 2019. Color oscuro casi negro con espuma beige que desaparece al poco casi por completo. Sabores a frutos del bosque y rojos ligeramente ácidos con toques de maltas tostadas ligeras lactosas café que se deja notar bien y toques de maderas empapadas y vainillas, vamos un mejunje. Cuerpo ligero a medio con 9.5 vol que no se notan mucho. Fácil de beber. Original a más no poder aunque creo que demasiados ingredientes. Se podría repetir.

Brown colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour are a bit medicinal and have some herbs and red fruit. Fairly tart. Also slightly alcoholic and dry from the cask. The yeadty tartness doesn’t work.
