Botella 33 cl del señor lupulo Gijón tomada en Oviedo 17..02..2017. Fcpref 09..2021. Lote 09..16/1. (R01). Color oscuro casi negro turbio con muy poca espuma beige oscuro que desaparece por completo al poco. Aromas y sabores intensos alcohólicos maltosos tostados y caramelizados ligeramente quemados. Cuerpo intenso con gran sensación alcohólica. 18 vol que se notan desde el principio. Licorosa poca espuma y gas. Original y potente.

Flaske fra Habemus Birra Alicante, delt med Harald i leiligheten: gusher! Bra jeg åpnet over vasken. Deilig grapefruktaroma, og smaken er også riktig frisk. God maltkrop, saftig, og med chiliburn i ettersmaken blir dette ekstra pikant. Overkarbonert, men vi kunne begge tenke oss å kjøpe den igjen. Sitter lenge i munnen.

Botella 33 cl VIII cata ratebeer en Cimmeria 12..03..2017. (r15). Lote 11..2015 hasta 11..2020. Color bronce cahoba oscuro con muy poca espuma aromas y sabores intensos. Dulces tostados pasas y frutos pasos tostados y muy muy alcohólicos. Cuerpo intenso gran sensación alcoholica y poco más. Original y extravagante.

Golden colour with light haze. Aroma and flavour have orange and grapefruit juice. There’s an element of boiled carrots too. There’s a gentle, warming chilli heat in the finish that continues in the aftertaste.

Dark brown color, almost black; no head. Aroma is roasty, notes of burnt caramel and licorice. Flavor is quite similar as aroma, sweet notes, but no cloying, hints of sugar plumbcake. Notes of rum in the aftertaste, some burnt wood and with sweet hints. Very nice.

Color cerezo, rojiza. Espuma ocre poco duradera. Aroma peculiar, frutos rojos, cereza, licor. En boca base malteada y predominio ácido, frutos del bosque, notas de madera. Base malteada, recuerdo licórico, aunque no resulta muy alcohólica. Cuerpo moderado, bebible. Curiosa.

Very dark brown color, almost black with a beige head, medium duration and moderate lacing. Aroma is roasty, coffee notes, liquor and ripe black fruits. Flavor is light sweet, roasted malts, coffee beans hints. Warm, smooth and creamy final, roasty mouthfeel.
