About
Birra Amarcord was born in 1997 in Rimini to a number of friends who, like the famous song, wanted to change the world (of Italian beer). Birra Amarcord was born to and in a region, Romagna. It is the upshot of a dream that began 20 years ago and which today has come true. It is also the upshot of a constant and relentless passion. Later on, Birra Amarcord also became "a family history," inasmuch as two generations of the Bagli family carry on this dream with dedication, thanks to top-quality raw materials but above all thanks to the people who, together with them, every day work to create one-of-a-kind products. Making good beer is not at all simple.

Although the registered office still is in Rimini, their brewery is since 2015 located in Apecchio.

Wspolpraca wlosko-polska udana, niczym Pawla Kukiza z ruchem 5 gwiazd. Bardziej jest to jak wino rozowe musujące, bo Sangiovese wyczuwalne bardziej niż jakiekolwiek slody w tym piwie, chmiel ciutke czuc jakby probowal się wedrzeć pod skorke czerwonego grona. Jest rozowo- czerwonawe niczym krew przelana polskich zolnierzy w Bitwie pod Monte Cassino. Trwala nie jest, opada niczym fragmenty klasztoru po bombardowaniach w Monte Cassino. Barwa klarowna niczym oczyszczenie wloch z wrogiej sily. Coz na taka okolicznosc i niedawna 75 rocznica mozna wypic za zdrowie generala Andersa i wszystkich którzy walczyli o wolność nie tylko Wloch, ale i całej Europy. Salut, Salut, Salut!!!

75cl bottle at La Brasserie, Rimini, Italy. Pours hazy rose, pearl at first, with minimum foam. Aroma is very evidently given by the wild cherries used, plus the champagne yeasts which are very evidently upon opening the bottle. Body is fairly dense, with moderate carbonation. Good evidence of the alcohol level, but not excessive. Taste is delicately sour, with a little sweetness. Finish is moderately long.

Bottle 750ml @ My parent's place
Pours dark reddish brown with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, caramel and brown sugar. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long coffee, chocolate, caramel and brown sugar finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Ładna butelka , oszczędna ale fajna etykieta, po nalaniu ładna barwa jasno różowa, klarowne wręcz iskrzące, piana niska szybko się dziurawi i znika. W aromacie mineralno-winne z dominującą dawką diacetylu w postaci masła, chmielu nie wyczuwam, w smaku różowe wino rozcieńczone wodą, trochę jogurtowe posmaki, umiarkowanie wytrawne (nie ściągające zbyt bardzo), odpowiednio wysokie wysycenie. Lekkie, pijalne, póki co chyba najsłabsze z połączeń piwa i moszczu z winogron, od Pinty.

Botella 33 Cl en Sąlenor Aviles 19..02.. 2019. (r253). Color ámbar claro velado con buena capa de espuma blanca persistente. Sabores maltosos y cereales con suaves afrutados y herbaceos verdes lupulados al final algo intensos. Cuerpo medio con buena sensación alcohólica. Cierta densidad, algo pastosa y más menos fina aunque al final se queda algo aguada. Buena, se podría repetir.

Botella 33 Cl en Sąlenor Aviles 19..02.. 2019. (r215) Color ámbar claro amarillento velado con buena capa de espuma blanca persistente. Sabores maltosos y cereales con ligeros afrutados, toques de levaduras, suaves amargos herbáceos al final. Cuerpo ligero a medio fácil de beber algo pastoso y cierta densidad, fino, esto último una pequeña sorpresa. Normal, refrescante se podría repetir.
