75 cL bottle. Pours pale yellow with huge creamy white head. Aroma is fruity, yeasty and coriander. Heavily carbonated. Taste is wheat, yeast and most of all coriander. Has a distinct citric note that gives the beer an overall freshness together with the coriander aroma and carbonation. Average to good, but not the best wit beer.

Re-rate 7/12/12: Draught sample at Porter & Sons. Clear deep red-amber color with a beige head. Aroma of caramelly malt, some dark fruits notes, toasty and nutty hints and a bit of alcohol. Sweet malty flavor with caramel, some fruits, alcohol and honey notes. Finishes drier with some alcohol spiciness and light earthy hops notes. Medium to full-bodied. Too sweet and alcoholic for my liking, a bit hard to drink, but still not bad. 6/3/6/3/13=3

Bottle. Color is dark brown with a big long-lasting beige head. Aroma is sweet caramel malt, some roastiness and a bit of alcohol. Flavor is very sweet malt, and has a long bitter, spicy and alcoholic finish. Full bodied with a great smooth mouthfeel. 7/4/8/5/16=4

Medium light beige head; dark brown body with carbonation. Sweet aroma of licorice and burnt malts with sugary notes. Very harmonic. Fruity. Deep sweet harmonic taste of burnt licorice and syrup with light grain and fruit notes and a touch of spice. Light a light, sweet spicy stout. Slightly oily mouthfeel. Bitter spicy wood aftertaste. Some alcohol heat. Very nice, if not typically Belgian; more like a Belgian/Scottish mix. (0.33l bottle.)

Bottled(330ml). -Nice reddish/amber coloured, huge white head, odd sweet nose. The aroma is too sweet malty and faint fruity with some odd oily and perfumy rose notes. Drinkable but a way too sweet.

can, 8.4%. Clear chestnut colour, stable light brown head. The aromais perfumy and has estery yeast notes and pepper. Flavour is spicy, perfumy, sweet and peppery, strangely sugary. The mouthfeel is a bit thin for its ABV.
