Bottle @ Patricks. Unclear deep golden body under a big, foamy white head. Aroma has pale malt, Belgium yeast and rather spicy with coriander, sage, citric peel and a hint of honey. Taste is medium sweet, pale malt, coriander, citric fruits, spices and moderate bitterness. Balanced body and refreshing aftertaste. All over it is very refreshing.

Bottle 0.7 l. Golden, slightly hazy, white head. Aroma: malty with a sour note, a bit of lemon, yeast, coriander. Taste: a bit sour, tartness of citrus peel, yeast, light bitterness, well, quite a strange brew.

Keg at the brewery. It pours clear blonde with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is bready, sponge cake, candied pear, apple.crumble with custard and marzipan. The taste is crisp, dryish initially, toasty grains, grass, spice, cereal, nuttiness, booze, raw alcohol and herbal accents with a fairly short, hot finish. Average body and average carbonation. Fairly lackluster for the style. Drinkable enough, but limited depth.
