We are as passionate about brewing beer as we are drinking it and enjoy creating a whole range of innovative, quality, modern craft beers using both traditional and new brewing methods with only the finest malt, hops and yeast.

Cask at Hants Oktoberfest 2019. Sweet citrus with some spice. Gold. Thin if creamy bubbly white head. Bitter with a citrus twang. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Dry finish. Nice enough if basic.

Cask (Bookshop Alehouse, Southampton) - Hazy golden in colour. Pineapple, melon, grapefruit and peach in the aroma. The taste is hoppy and fairly light with notes of pineapple, passion fruit, grapefruit and lemon standing out. Refreshing and enjoyable, although it does not taste as strong as it is.

ABV: 6.0%. Clear dark brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, wood, dusty, dark malt. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, roasted, dark malt, dusty, malt bitter, woody - woody hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190619]

Keg at Wave Maiden, Portsmouth. Chocolate and spruce aroma. Dark with a thin beige head. Medium bitter w/ chocolate. Medium bodied. Thin. Flat carbonation. Astringent finish. OK

Cask at Four-Ale, Gosport. Low key fruity citrus aroma. Pale gold. Frothy white head. Medium bitter with a grapefruit kick. Some underlying malt and then sweetness in the finish. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation. Long dry finish. Decent enough.

Cask @ GBBF 2017. Pours a slightly hazy yellow golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grassy citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grassy citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty grassy citrus hoppy finish.

Cask (Southampton Beer Festival 2018) - Black with a tan head. Pine, toffee and some smoky notes in the aroma. The taste is roasted, slightly smoky and moderately soapy with notes of fudge, smoked malt, liquorice and pine.

7 3 7 3 14 Cask at Cricketer’s Arms. Clear amber with a thick white head. Aroma of light fruits, berries, malt, and green weeds. Flavour is above light sweet and moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with very soft carbonation.

Cask gravity at the Watford beer festival 2017. A clear deep. Orange coloured pour with a a loose sticky white head. Aroma is nice grassy hop, hay, orange rind,. Flavour is composed of raw grains, spicy hop, hay, dirty straw, grassy. Palate is grainy, rough round the edges, decent cask condition.. Not bad. Aggressive bitterness
