Description
Hammer was born in 2015 from the passion for beer of Fausto Brigati, which connects the whole family and in particular the founders Roberto Brigati and Angelo Brigati moved by a great mission: “…make quality beer”. We firmly believe that the passion and love of beer are contagious. We hope that anyone who tries our beer will be carried away by the emotion of discovery, spread and share their thoughts.

On tap @So Good (Rome). Pours golden with a medium white head. Aroma is very hoppy, citrus notes, grapefruit and peach. Flavour is balanced with a decent medium bitter end, it lacks some "wheat" character. Light body, medium carbonation. Ok.

Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Very strong, intense and complex nose of coffee, some toffee and caramel. Very fresh roast aroma. Still lots of coffee on the tongue, but less sweet then what nose would tell you. Lasting coffee finish. Wow.

Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Citric aroma, soft and nice. Hints of soap, but very little. Some pine needles. Impressive backbone on the tongue, nice bitterness with a long hoppy finish. Nice!

A deep dark IPA with a thin mocha head. In aroma, light chocolate and coffee with grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, loads of chocolate malt with loads of resinous floral hops, piney and pungent, grapefruit pulp, nice and complex. On tap at So Good!
