Description
We’ve produced quality beers over the years by challenging and refining our craft, not by appeasing trends. Discerning taste, rolled up sleeves, and upholding our uniquely progressive ideals ensures our drinkers will appreciate Upland beers as much as we do. Many of our brews are unique twists on traditional recipes, while others are creations of our own imaginations. At our brewpubs and tasting rooms in Bloomington, Columbus, Carmel and Indianapolis, flavor, discourse, debate, laughter, and conversation flow as freely as our beer.

Clean and light with a tasteful malt sweetness and well balanced spicy hop notes, with mild bitterness. A pretty good example of the style.

Basically a souped up version of their pale ale. A bit more malt - a ton more hops. True hophead delight in this glass. Citric hop nose and flavor whammo. Enough malt to keep it balanced. Nice bronze color.

This didn't convince me as being an authentic Belgian style witbier. It lacked the spice flavors (despite the claimed additions) and spicy yeast character. Otherwise light and refreshing.

Definite chocolate notes make this sweetish amber a nice concoction to savor.

A very nice porter- and so far, clearly the best in the Upland line (Bloomington,IN brewers make good porters but not much else).
