Not terrible for a lager. About as good as port total but not quite to the lofty stage of salva Vida. Lightly sour aftertaste. Had about five too many of these last night in Utila. Bottle(s).

A long Christmas traveling through Americas most dangerous city and up the Honduran coast to get to this beer. It’s not actually that bad. Then again I’m starving and anything would be good at this point. Some crispness. Golden pour I think, but it’s not as if I poured this into a glass. Bottle in El Ceiba.

12 oz bottle poured. Pours a pale yellow color with a really dry grain aroma. Very watery, and pretty much what I expected. Light hops in this, and with the little flavor this has, it’s not too bad. Cool to try something more international then I’m used to at this point in time. Gets a small bonus for drinkability. I’m not offended by this beer at all.

Apparently with different labels in different countries, in Honduras it classily says "Party On!" below the name.... it has a faint smell of nohing, a decent head with a boring yellow body. Flavour is weak lemony hops. It’s really forgettable, but definitely drinkable in a humid climate.

there is absolutely no aroma on the nose. It looks nice though, with a large white head and yellow body. Flavour is lemon with a hint of fizzy bleach. It’s another boring wallflower of beers.

Aroma of faint lemon with some malt. Appearance is a nice big head with an okay yellow-orange body. Flavour is a decent malt flavour with a hint of lemon. Wet mouthfeel. It’s a very good mass lager.

Aroma is watery lemon with a hint of cabbage. It looks overly carbonated and piss coloured with a thin weak head. The flavour is vague nuttiness with a hint of caramel. Weak mouthfeel. It’s decidedly average.

Bottle @ Copan Ruinas, Honduras. (Old rating, 2006). Pale golden colour, white foam. Aroma of sweet malts, corn and light bitter finish. Nothing special.

Honey nose. Clear amber, medium head. Pronounced honey flavor with hard candy accents. Clean finish. No transitions, but good flavor, sweet but not cloying.
