At Woodchuck® we have been crafting America’s original hard cider since 1991. Back then we didn’t really care that the world was drinking beer, because we had a passion for hard cider. So that’s what we made. Sure, cider may be popular now, either way we’ve stayed true to our roots, fermenting quality innovative ciders with every batch, because we like it.

Bottle: Clear, slightly yellow.....no head. Smells EXACTLY like pancakes, syrup and wood smoke. Taste is the same....with the addition of a bit of red apple-peel.... An amazing re-creation of a camp breakfast...... Stunningly, it’s not overly sweet.....nicely done.

Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours nearly so clear as water. Sight blueberry aroma. Flavor is sweet/tart/blueberry. Interesting mix. Quite drinkable.

Bottled@Black Door, Helsinki. Golden colour, no head. aroma is apple, some sweetness, mild nectar and wood. Flavour is apples, some mild green apple skins as well as quite sugary notes. Flavour is similar. A bit too sugary, but while it was fridge cold it was atleast refreshing.

Quick bottle at home on Sunday afternoon as I try to work my way around New England cideries. Deeper gold pour some bubbles. Nose is sweet brown sugar and tart Apple. Tastes of green apple, red apple skin, brown sugar, hint of hay. Sweet but not horrendously so.

Bottle. Honey, apple juice, and light chili pepper aroma. Golden yellow. Very sweet apple juice flavor followed by a moderately hot chili pepper finish. Delivers what it promises but really just tastes like a healthy dose of tabasco in some apple juice.

Bottle. Sweet berry and apple juice aroma. Pink-yellow color. Moderately sweet apple juice and mildly bitter hay flavor. Moderately sweet apple juice and dry hay flavor. Decent.

Pour is a crystal clean yellow with no head. Aroma is of a decent cooked apple and sugar. Flavor is not real big on apples, it has more of a cinnamon spice to it. Finish is tooth hurting sweetness. Not enough apple in the flavor and like most American ciders this is way too sweet for me.

Reddish brown with an actual whole cherry in the glass. What is this? Smells like fake cherry syrup and apple juice. Jeez. How is this even rate able. Cherry cough syrup and apple juice with a little boozy finish. The free whole cherry was a nice touch
