Dutch interpretation of the old Düsseldorf beer style, with off-white head and deep amber colour, aroma and taste fruity in onset, malty with hints of caramel and nuts as in a German Altbier, bit metallic, herbal hop bitterness in the finish.

Clear pale blond beer, big creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, lots of grains, hay, metallic. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: sweet malts, grains, little sourish, fruity touch. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, sweet malts, sugary, bit fruity, little metallic touch. Meh.

Light golden with small head and quite bubbly. Wort, sweet malts, stale bread, light spices and dry hoppy finish with a touch of citrus. But too much like wort but otherwise ok.
