Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a clearish gold with almost no head. Lightly tart nose with some grain and faint berry aromas. Tart on the palate, with a slight grainy texture. Some lime, berry and lemon zest. Not bad, but not that exciting either.

Secret beer, at the All Colorado Beer Festival. Pours a hazy, yellow color, with a small head. The aroma is distinct pineapple, with some light cinnamon, orange peel, and a bit of vanilla. Lightly sour, with a dry, faintly bitter finish. Light body, with an acidic, sharp mouthfeel. This is a pretty mellow, fruity sour. Nice.

Sweet, with a bit of bitterness, slightly tart, and a drying finish. Light body, with a fairly creamy, smooth mouthfeel. This is a solid, mellow sour. Nothing crazy, and no treatments, just smooth and balanced.

Bottle - pours reddish brown tan white head - nose and taste of cherry, sour caramel, oak, cocoa, brandy - medium bodied

Poured with a very short-lived head giving way to a medium cloudy amber color. For Aroma I pick up salt rind yeast a hint of caramel a bit of solvent. Flavor is much like nose although tartness gives way to Moore towards sour it first it seems like it's quite drinkable but after a half liter bottle it might get to be a bit much. Easy carbonation helps. Nice beer though.
