On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata viva, limpida, schiuma bianca media, non molto persistente. Naso un po' debole, sentori di lieviti, frutta gialla, uva, leggermente vinosa. In bocca è delicata, acidula, appena vinosa. Corpo esile, carbonazione medio-bassa. Una carezza, ma un po' timida.

Sample from bottle (Variant #7 - 2018) at Hoof Hearted during the Party At The Gutt's vs. Quit Yer Fussin' - Dual Can Release event on 03/17/2019. Slightly cloudy reddish-orange color with a medium thick foamy white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lacing. Aroma of stone fruit, oak, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of funky apricot, yeast, oak and doughy malt. The finish is mildly funky with an apricot aftertaste. Above average overall.

375 mL bottle from Otto's Elm Grove. $3.99 from the clearance bin. But it's a sour, so whatever. Also rating 15.1k! Hazy pale orange, head quickly fades. Aroma of funk, oak, apricot. Taste is oak, leather, funk, stone fruit, apricot, orange rind. Medium bodied, lingering tartness. Clearance bin win!

Sample from a bottle at the All Colorado Beer Festival. Pours hazy yellow, with a big, beige head. Smells of brett and yogurt, with some lemon peel, light leather, sawdust, and white sugar. Sweet, with a bit of bitterness, slightly tart, and a drying finish. Light body, with a fairly creamy, smooth mouthfeel. This is a solid, mellow sour. Nothing crazy, and no treatments, just smooth and balanced.

Cloudy, not much head. The aroma showcases some nice brett, has a barrelly taste. Not fully developed but there are some nice elements to this.
