Pint at the new production facility pours a deep brown with some sticky cream colored head. Nose is on point, chocolate, nuts, very bready, yeast, toast. Flavor follows, roasty, malty, bread crust, caramel, light chocolate. Dry finish. Super drinkable. Very nicely done.

On tap at the new production facility, pours a dark gold sticky head. Super sweet coffee nose. Honey comb and malt. Flavor is very sweet, malt, honey, treacle, coffee less so here. Sweet finish.

Draft at the 2017 Ocelot Halloween Party. Poured a hazy orange color with a medium sized off-white head. Aroma was nice citrus notes, floral hop character. Citrus, pine and floral notes. Really juicy. Hop. Tropical citrus.

Draft at the 2017 Ocelot Halloween Party. Poured a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Aroma was dark fruits, caramel, alcohol here. Tart cherry skins. Flavor was tart, dark fruits. Sour cherry. Dry finish.

12 oz pour on draft at Ocelot's Halloween Party. Hazy orange with off-white head. Aromas of citrus, floral notes. Tastes of citrus, tropical fruit, pine, floral notes. Medium body with a dry finish. Nice DIPA.

[ As Edmund’s Oast Blackberry Bathos ].Unclear medium amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, sour, funky, blackberries, wood - wine barrel - wine. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart - sour, wood - wine barrel - wine, sweet malt, blackberries. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
