Crisp, very light golden coloured body with a thin pure white glow that fades very fast - just like soda. Aroma of apples, pears, citrus, a touch of grass and dry yeast and a light note of herbs and perfume. Light-bodied; Sharp granny smith apple flavour of the green apples, a bit of citrus and a lot of dry grass with the yeast and fresh apples around. Aftertaste shows fresh apples and pears, a touch of citrus and a little dry earth and sweetness throughout. Overall, a nice and refreshing beer with some light bitterness and the smallest amount of hops, but mainly a fresh and refreshing cider with the green apples the strongest flavours throughout. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Beer Run in Charlottesville, Virginia on 26-February-2017 for US$2,00 sampled at home in Washington on 28-August-2017.

Keg at Draft Taproom. Clear red, artificial Aroma of tart cherry, tart apples. Taste is sweet apples and cherry. Thin, overly sweet and mildly medicinal. Gross.

12 ounce bottle. Clear pale yellow, no head. Aroma of dry apples followed much later by a bit of citrus. The taste is spice, sweet apple, some sweet fruitiness, I guess that’s citrus. Just kind of a meh sweet cider. Back to the drawing board guys.

From tap. Pours cloudy pale yellow. Small white head. Aroma is citrusy and crisp apples. Sweet. Fruity and slight citrusy. Zesty fruity abd sweet finish.

Sampled on draft at Capitol City Brewing this cider poured an extremely pale yellow color with a small soapy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was sweetish apple juice. The flavor was sweet apple juice, honey and was a bit tangy. Medium length finish. Medium body. Solid.

Neutral apple nose, not strong, slight hint of elmer’s glue. Clear golden, some carbonation. Fairly sweet apple, not tart. Drier violet finish. Light body, easy carbonation. Refreshing and sessionable, but not very dry.

From tap as Carolina Apple. Pours pale yellowish with no head. Aroma is zesty and juicy apples. Sweet and vague citric. Sweet and juicy crisp apples. Sweet and mild citric finish.
