16 oz can from Joe Canals, consumed at home. Canned 7/9/19. First rating in my new digs. Hazy yellow, smaller white head. Grapefruit, unripe peach, and some tropical notes. Bit of spice, pine. Tasty.

Drinking this on the very day 50 years ago when man first walked on the moon. 16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Murky mustard gold pour is reminiscent of moon dust. Frothy white head. Subtle citrus and pine aroma. Bold bitter citrus flavor upfront. Notes of bitter lemon, grapefruit, unripe pineapple and passionfruit. Finishes with notes of pine needles and black pepper.

355ml can. Black with a small tan head. Aroma of cinnamon, nutmeg, chocolatey malts. Taste is intensely spicy, tons of cinnamon and nutmeg, sugar, chocolatey and roast malts, a little vanilla, the lemon zest very subtle in the finish, quite smooth. Medium bodied, far amount of carbonation.

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Murky purple pour (really). Small foamy pink head. Fruity nose hints at berries. Sweet berry notes upfront. Tangy and juicy berry and stone fruit notes in middle. Bitter hops come through in finish. Quite unique.

10/6/2019. Can, sample, courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours thick murky pale dull orange brown with no head. Aroma of oranges, vanilla ice cream, passion fruit, chocolate lime sweets (which I used to love as a kid) and a hint of cola. Moderate sweetness, with fruity bitterness developing more in the finish. Thick texture, sticky texture, soft to flat carbonation. Thoroughly enjoyable drinking experience!

Can. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft dark malts, smooth dark chocolatey malts. Tangy cinnamon and coconut. Dark fruits. Some light spice on the tangy fruity finish. Adding bits and pieces to an Impy is a fine art, here it is not quite fully developed.

473ml can from Hop Burns & Black. Murky orange colour, white foamy head leaving lacing and aroma of zesty tropical fruits, passionfruit, peachy. Taste is sweet, malt caramel, ice cream, vanilla, alittle biscuit, with tropical & stone fruit flavours, lemon-lime citrus, zesty, orange with some piney, hop resin bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry zesty citrus ice-creamy finish. Quite drinkable.

Can. Hazy gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and slightly thin, reasonable fine carbonation. Thin malts, lightly sweet. Tangy apricot and lesser tangerine. Both dominate the modest citrus. Light finish. Meh! By far the least impressive beer I've had from this brewery, they can do much better than this tangy job.
