Draft at WH. Slightly cloudy gold color under a thin head. There's a very light malt smell. Taste is your average blonde ale. There is some extra sweetness, but not from the malt. Yes, the flour and sugar of the cannoli are working their way in. I'm almost getting an almond extract note. And a reminder of wafer cookies with a bit of the sugar filling.

Bottle shard at Alex's birthday. Pours a deep brown to black with a tiny beige head that dissipates. Sweet vanilla, roasty coffee and dark malt aromas on the nose. More sugary sweetness on the palate. Thin bodied with lowish to no carbonation.
