Bottle at BBT 6/2023. Thin body, medium carbonation. Medium bitterness, light sweetness. Medium oxidation, but still moderate grassy, vaguely fruity, a bit earthy hops character. Much better than I expect, even in this old state it is still drinkable. Okay.

Draft at 36, Singapore. Poured a slightly hazy golden orange colour with little life. The aroma is big Mango as one might expect. The flavour is moderate sweet, light sour, with a smooth, mango, tart peachy, oddly fishy, prawn, herbal palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Very odd indeed. I’ve had plenty of mango focused beers over the years but nothing with the aftertaste of this one.

Draft at 36, Singapore, poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is yeasty, light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a surprisingly crisp (for a rice beer) floral, citrus, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Refreshing and nicely balanced. The perfect beer for the climate.
